Medical professionals help us from ill and injured to baseline, as a coach it is my role to help you from baseline to flourishing.

I have been involved in endurance sports my entire life and, through real life experience, have a thorough understanding of life’s demands on age group triathletes.

I have gathered, through personal and coaching experience, practical strategies to achieving in sport while balancing career and family goals. I have been involved in endurance sports as a competitive triathlete for over 15 years, during which time I have served as a coach and committee member for clubs in Australia and the UK. I currently hold IRONMAN, TrainingPeaks and Triathlon Australia Development Coaching accreditations, successfully coaching numerous athletes on their Ironman and 70.3 journey.

My Philosophy: Building base and focusing on technique are key to sustainable training and continuous improvement. Combined with balanced nutrition and keeping a balanced lifestyle creates a sustainable, economical and enjoyable regime.  I have a keen interest in natural running techniques, real food nutrition, and programming to suit lifestyle demands. I am keen to assist all levels of athlete, including first timers and disability athletes.
