FitSets programs are individual and personalised to the details provided. All aspects are considered in program design including recent training volume, lifestyle constraints and recent performance. Athletes are encouraged to outline your training preferences and challenges, but be accurate with recent training volumes as over estimating will leave you open to fatigue and injury. It is recommended that you undergo a health check with your GP before adopting a demanding training regime.
Programs do have a focus on balancing base/volume with strength and speed. When completing or discussing your profile, it may recommend that you do not proceed based prior training volume being to low to allow a health increase to required volume.
