Instructions

  • Do 4 to 6 sessions a week.
  • Pick a session at random according to how you feel on arrival at the pool
  • Do each session at least once over four weeks
  • Do Set B1 or B2 – Balance at least once per week 
  • Do Set B12 or B13 – SPL at least once per fortnight
  • Do Set B0 – Dry Land at least once per fortnight

To Track Progress

  • Keep a record of Time trails (400 & 1000) (B7 & B9)
  • Keep a record of Stroke count vs Pace (B1)
