Follow up session taking you through the Swim Mastery progression
Prerequisites are the completion of the Swim Mastery Introduction with Video Analysis
We progress through the Swim Mastery experience, improving balance and streamlining.
We will spend an hour in the pool to start your swimming journey with certified coach Paul Skelton.
Suitable for everyone. Lessons will be adapted for those learning to swim, the improving endurance swimmer or the Elite. We all have room for improvement.

The session will be held at North Lakes Aquatic Centre, your home or local pool with management consent.
Equipment required is goggles and a swim cap only. No fins, kickboard or pull buoy required.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests are accepted up to 48 hours prior to the session.
